(1). Face/back : Okoume, Meranti, Luan, Bingtangor, Red Canarium, Red Hardwood, hardwood, Poplar, Birch
(2). The grade of face/back: BB/CC grade F/B, i.e. BB grade face, CC grade back.
(3). Core: poplar, hardwood or other required-wood
(4). The grade of the core: AA grade, A+ grade, A grade, B+ grade, B grade [also can be C+ grade]
(5). Glue: MR glue, WBP(melamine), WBP(phenolic), E1 glue
(6). Size: 1220X2440mm (4′ x 8′), 1250X2500mm
(7).Thickness: 2.0mm-30mm ( 2.0mm / 2.4mm / 2.7mm / 3.2mm / 3.6mm / 4mm / 5.2mm / 5.5mm / 6mm / 9mm / 12mm / 15mm / 18mm / 21mm-30mm or 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8", 15/16", 1" )

2. The characteristics of BB/CC grade plywood


(1). The appearance looks satisfying, too . Sometimes, small dead knots exist in the BB grade face; usually small patches exist in the CC grade back
(2). The plywood is flat and smooth .
(3). This grade of plywood is very much common and required at large quantity .
(4). The inner quality of the BB/CC grade plywood varies from a lower quality C+ grade to a much better A+ grade . Accordingly, the prices of BB/CC grade range from economical to expensive .

3. The common construction/quality-requirement of BB/CC grade plywood

Customers usually require the BB/CC grade plywood as the following:

4.The application of BB/CC grade plywood

Use where appearance of face is important and back is less important for interior application as furniture,roofing panel, underlayment , subfoor; for exterior application as building materials, fences,signs and so on .

5. The staple market of BB/CC grade plywood

About 50% of BB/CC grade plywood are exported to Europe (EU) , USA, Canada , about 50% of BB/CC grade plywood are exported to Middle East, Africa and other countries .

BB/CC means : the face veneer of plywood is BB grade; the back veneer of plywood is CC grade.

With regards to all the plywood type.
Its all only about the surface mentioned.
Anyone can garantee plywood thickness?
If i need plywood of even thickness not with wave & good surface on both side possible???
What type is that?

Of course, it’s possible . Advanced sanding machines can sand the plywood to be of even thickness, non-wave . But the core veneers of plywood should be also good.

The type of the quality can be BB/CC grade + good core .

Accodring to our supplier in BB/CC plywood, there is 1 times shaping or 2 times shaping. 2 time shaping will guarantee the surface flatness, even & prevent the plwyood warping. Is this true??
