Accodring to our supplier in BB/CC plywood, there is 1 times shaping or 2 times shaping. 2 time shaping will guarantee the surface flatness, even & prevent the plwyood warping. Is this true??

Of course, it's possible . Advanced sanding machines can sand the plywood to be of even thickness, non-wave . But the core veneers of plywood should be also good.

The type of the quality can be BB/CC grade + good core .
