We have a requirement for AS/AZ compliance Structural LVL directly supply to aan Australia trusses factory.
a] 90×35 and 90×45. These are used in timber framing
Can be a minimum of 2.4m long. 2.7m,4.8m, 5.4m,6.0m length or to suit
mill production.
b] 200,240,300,360 & 400 deep x 42/45 & 63/65 thick. Lengths. What bests
suit the mill. But longer the better. These are for standard LVL beam
market.
Please ask if a termiticide can be introduced into the glue line.
Anti-termite treatment. H2 rating.
Must be waterproof glue. 72-hour boil (no false glue of black melamine
mixed ). Or with real Phenolic Glue 72 Hours. A bond.
The laminated veneer lumber (LVL) which has been manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 4357 with properties determined in accordance with AS/NZS 4063.2 and therefore complies with the requirements for structural design in accordance with AS1720.1 as well as FSC certified.
