We have worked in plywood industry for many years. According to our knowledge, it’s difficult to say which plywood is the best . It depends on the your applications and your budget.
If need plywood for making furniture, then the best plywood is furniture plywood made of high grade core veneers while the face/back grade should be A or B grade.
If your application is packing, then the best plywood should be packing plywood made of lower grade core veneers while the grade of face/back is not important at all.
If your application is shuttering, ok, the best quality plywood is MDO plywood, but it’s expensive. If you need shuttering plywood not expensive but high quality, the best plywood is film faced plywood .
